From Dulwich College to Cambridge!

Quadstar grantee Tasin receives offer from prestigious college at Cambridge University

We have some extra exciting news this week from one of our grantees, who recently undertook their university applications.

In 2019, Quadstar granted a 6th form bursary for Tasin to attend the academically selective independent boy’s school, Dulwich College. After much hard work, dedication, and rigorous application deadlines, Tasin achieved an interview with Cambridge University. Following a few weeks later and much anticipation we are pleased to announce that Tasin has Received an offer from Cambridge University to study Engineering at the prestigious Corpus Christi college, set in the heart of the city of Cambridge.

Established in 1332, the college is the sixth oldest college in Cambridge and noted as the only one in Cambridge to be founded by the townspeople. It is also well known for its superlative facilities and STEM courses.

Tasin states, “I was quite anxious until receiving the news, but very happy to see the result! I am also looking forward to the city itself – it will be a great new experience.”

The Quadstar team are all very pleased in hearing this news and we shall all keep our fingers crossed for him in securing his place after A-levels, we have no doubt he will!
